Film selection by next generation film programmers from Southeast Asia and Japan
We are pleased to announce to hold "A Working Title" workshop 2018-2019: Training and Development Program for Film Curators and Screening Professionals as the second edition. In this workshop aimed at developing young film programmers and curators, Japanese and Southeast Asian participants chosen from the public will collaboratively develop film screening programs and show them in Tokyo and Manila under the mentorship of professionals in film screening. In Tokyo, the workshop is co-organized with Image Forum and a symposium accompanied by screening will be held as part of Image Forum Festival 2018. The screening program will be curated as a showcase from Japanese Experimental Films by the participants of the workshop.
